This ledger closes the current research sprint as a claim-safe finite research
state. It does not add a new physics result, run QPU jobs, change thresholds,
or repair failed bridges. It records what is supported, what is scoped, and
what remains blocked before opening the practical ITHKOR-SIM direction.

## Top-Level State

The current ITHKOR corpus supports a finite information-response research
program with several scoped islands:

- C/kernel selector stability in finite graph-family harnesses;
- D finite source/field/envelope/readout diagnostics, with physical bridges
  still blocked;
- E finite quantum-information readout constraints;
- F finite macro-record stability and observer consistency;
- COND finite coherent-order toy island;
- TIME finite dark/entropy internal-clock scope;
- GR finite modular-response scope;
- CGR scoped COND/GR response-pattern support.

The corpus also preserves explicit negative or mixed boundaries:

- D9 motion/geodesic probe bridge is not confirmed;
- D14 probe-class/equivalence-style bridge is not confirmed;
- D17 energy/cost/source-budget bridge is not confirmed;
- G record-defined geometry remains scoped/mixed and not generalized;
- COND/TIME bridge is not confirmed;
- TGR response-shape is present but bridge remains blocked;
- MOD1 is a frozen negative observable-class row.

## Closure Table

| Branch | Status | Claim-Safe Reading | Boundary |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| C / selector kernel | finite selector support | Schedule-independent selectors stabilize active compression in tested finite graph families. | No physical covariance, Lorentz, or spacetime claim. |
| D / field-source diagnostics | finite support / bridges blocked | Source, field, envelope and selected QPU-readable finite witnesses exist. | Motion, equivalence, energy and gravity bridges remain unconfirmed. |
| E / quantum information | finite/QPU readout support | Shared-constraint, contextual, copy-limit and record-boundary diagnostics form a finite readout layer. | No foundational proof or physical entanglement claim. |
| F / macro record | finite support | Stable public records, repeated readout and observer agreement are supported in finite harnesses. | No thermodynamic law or observer ontology claim. |
| G / record geometry | scoped candidate / mixed held-out | Degree-balanced record geometry has scoped finite candidates. | Held-out/coarse generalization not confirmed; no spacetime claim. |
| COND | finite coherent-order island | Coherent-mode and phase-stiffness diagnostics separate finite regimes. | No real BEC, He II or material-physics claim. |
| TIME | scoped internal-clock signal | Dark/entropy event families show finite internal ordering. | Coherence-loss boundary remains; no physical time claim. |
| GR | scoped modular response | Real-sector modular response passes held-out finite tests. | Local-Y phase boundary remains; no gravity claim. |
| COND/TIME | closed mixed bridge | Low-U finite clock signal localized. | Clean coherent-order/time bridge not confirmed. |
| CGR | scoped response-pattern support | COND/GR response patterns align under local-Y stress-boundary scope. | Wide-X transition remains; no physical bridge. |
| TGR | response-shape present / bridge blocked | TIME/GR response-shape is present and recurrence leak localized. | TGR1 not repaired; no time/gravity bridge. |
| MOD1 | negative taxonomy fail | Plausible modular-spectrum observable failed frozen gates. | Preserved as anti-pass-hunting evidence. |
| ISLANDS1 | meta-audit complete | Finite islands and repeated boundaries are mapped. | Meta-audit is not physical confirmation. |
| D20-D22 | reviewer hardening | Manifest, smoke and fresh-clone drift report exist. | QPU explicit-approval-only; no physical claim. |

## What This Allows

Allowed public statement:

```text
ITHKOR currently documents a claim-safe finite information-response research
program with positive scoped islands, explicit negative controls, selected
frozen finite QPU readouts, and reviewer-facing replication hardening.
```

Allowed practical pivot:

```text
Use the finite diagnostics as design principles for information-adaptive
simulation systems: allocate compute where coherence, source-response,
record-stability or internal event structure says it matters.
```

## What This Blocks

This closure does not allow:

- physical spacetime language;
- physical gravity language;
- physical time language;
- Lorentz-invariance language;
- quantum-gravity language;
- material claims about real condensates or superfluids;
- replacing physics engines with ITHKOR.

## Next Program: ITHKOR-SIM

The next research direction is practical, not metaphysical:

```text
Can ITHKOR-inspired finite diagnostics improve simulation resource allocation,
adaptive resolution, event scheduling, checkpointing and compression under
strict negative controls?
```

This is the right next step because the current corpus has many scoped
diagnostics, but the most direct physical bridges remain blocked. A useful
simulation product can be tested without claiming that the world is already
explained.
