# ITHKOR Claim Ledger v6

This ledger states what may and may not be claimed after ISLANDS1.

## A. Allowed Claims Today

Use these formulations:

- ITHKOR is a finite information-response research program.
- Special ITHKOR is the currently testable finite layer.
- Several scoped finite islands have been found across readout, record, field,
  modular response, coherent order, internal-clock and coarse/scale diagnostics.
- ISLANDS1 maps finite islands and repeated boundary patterns.
- Selected QPU runs support frozen finite readout witnesses.
- Negative results are part of the result: D9, D14, D17, broad TIME2, MOD1 and
  several G/record-geometry generalization gates remain boundaries.
- General ITHKOR remains an open hypothesis.

## B. Disallowed Claims Today

Do not claim:

- ITHKOR proves physical reality.
- ITHKOR proves that the world is a simulation.
- ITHKOR proves physical gravity.
- ITHKOR proves physical spacetime.
- ITHKOR proves physical time.
- ITHKOR proves Lorentz invariance.
- ITHKOR derives Einstein equations.
- ITHKOR is quantum gravity.
- ITHKOR is a theory of everything.
- ITHKOR proves real Bose-Einstein condensation or He II behavior.
- QPU runs prove General ITHKOR.
- finite record geometry is physical geometry.
- finite modular response is gravity.
- finite internal-clock signal is physical time.

These phrases may appear in this ledger only as blocked claims.

## C. Public-Safe Formulations

Good public wording:

- "we proved physical time";
- "we solved reality";
- "the kernel is a theory of everything";
- "the condensate toy proves helium physics";
- "record geometry is spacetime".

## F. Claim Escalation Requirements

A claim may be strengthened only when all of these exist:

1. a preregistered finite gate;
2. hard controls that do not imitate the signal;
3. independent reproduction;
4. stress failures documented rather than hidden;
5. if QPU is involved, local/Aer pass before hardware;
6. if a physical claim is involved, an external physical observable and a
   non-toy validation path.

Until then, the correct phrase is:
