# Names and marks

CCG and ITHZ are project names used by Tomáš Záchenský and ITHZ.dev to identify the architecture, evidence layer, experiments, and related materials.

The content and code licenses in this repository do not grant permission to use those names or any related logo in a way that suggests endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or origin of a modified system. Accurate nominative reference—such as “an implementation based on the published CCG architecture”—is not restricted by this notice.

No experiment in this bundle is a security certification. Modified versions must not be presented as an official CCG/ITHZ test result unless their provenance and relationship to the published result are stated accurately.
