Terms

Terms and conditions

General terms for using ITHZ.dev, public materials and free alpha preview packages.

Basic scope

These terms govern the use of ITHZ.dev, public product information and free alpha previews of ITHZ Drive, ITHZ MCP and ITHZ Native. The website is not currently a fully automated online shop; paid licenses, if launched, will receive a separate ordering and licensing flow.

1. Operator

The website is operated by INCOFOR SK, s.r.o., Račianska 151, 834 16 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, company ID: 36292117, tax ID: 2022182162, VAT ID: SK2022182162, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, file 40195/B.

The contact email for website, product, licensing, support, complaint or other questions is dev@ithz.dev.

2. Website and products

ITHZ.dev presents the ITHZ local tooling and research line: ITHZ Drive, ITHZ MCP, ITHZ Native, experiment notes and ITHKOR theory context.

Public download packages are alpha or developer previews. They are intended mainly for personal, non-commercial, developer, testing or evaluation use according to the information shown with each package.

3. Free previews and licenses

Free previews are provided without commercial support, availability, uptime or fitness-for-purpose guarantees. Users run them at their own risk and should back up and verify important data before use.

Commercial, team or business use may require a separate paid license. If paid licensing is made available, its scope, price, ordering method, delivery and support will be presented before a binding order.

4. Orders, price and payment

Prices shown for future editions are product and marketing information unless a specific offer explicitly allows a binding order.

A binding order for a paid product is created only by a separate order confirmation, license agreement, invoice or other express confirmation by the operator. Before payment, all material information including price, taxes, payment method and delivery will be provided.

5. Digital content and services

Digital packages may be delivered by download link, archive, installer, configuration package, email or another electronic method.

If future paid consumer contracts cover digital content or digital services, delivery, technical requirements, compatibility and restrictions will be provided before ordering.

6. Consumer withdrawal

If a paid distance contract is concluded with a consumer, the consumer will have the rights provided by applicable consumer law, including the right to withdraw within the statutory period unless a legal exception applies.

For digital content or digital services, loss of the withdrawal right may occur only under statutory conditions, especially after the consumer expressly consents to performance before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges the consequences. Specific instructions and a form will be added before paid consumer sales launch.

7. Complaints, defects and support

Questions about functionality, security, downloads, licensing or support may be sent to dev@ithz.dev. For technical issues, include package version, operating system, reproduction steps and available logs.

Free alpha previews have no guaranteed response time. Future paid editions may define response times, fix priorities, onboarding or SLA in a separate license or commercial agreement.

8. Responsibility and safe use

ITHZ products work with archives, project memory, local files or developer tooling. The user is responsible for data backups, output review and deciding whether a specific version is suitable for their workflow.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use, use on unbacked-up data, third-party interference, incompatible environments or using an alpha preview outside its intended purpose.

9. Intellectual property and know-how

Texts, names, design, documentation, software packages, experiment notes and related know-how published on ITHZ.dev are protected by intellectual-property rights unless a specific material states otherwise.

Downloading a free preview does not transfer ownership rights, patent rights, trade secrets or a right to reverse engineer or bypass protection mechanisms beyond the permitted license.

10. Privacy and cookies

Contact details sent by email are used to handle questions, support, business communication or other requests. A fuller privacy policy will be added before broader sales or user accounts launch.

Cookie settings can be changed at any time through the footer link. Optional analytics and marketing categories should be used only after consent.

11. Changes and governing law

The operator may update these terms, especially when products, licensing, legal requirements or paid sales change. The current version will be published on this page.

Legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to the consumer remain unaffected.
